A Plan to Help People
Every four years, the Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA) develops a Coordinated Public Transit-Human Services Transportation Plan (Coordinated Plan). This means working and coordinating with community members, key stakeholders, and other partners to help us prioritize funding for improving transportation throughout the county. This plan helps OCTA identify transportation needs and develop solutions to improve transportation access and opportunities for older adults and those with disabilities, low incomes, limited English proficiency and anyone without access to a private vehicle.
